   2. Project Proposal Approvals (these signatures are in sequence):
      1. Summit Award Candidate
      2. Project Beneficiary
      3. Designated Venturer Representative
         • GTA 4.3.2.1 - This is a Youth in the local Crew designated by the crew leadership (which I always read as youth)...
         • GTA 4.3.2.1 (last sentence) - "Councils and districts do not play a role in reviewing or approving Summit service projects."
      4. Crew Advisor

2. Successfully complete a crew board of review (GTA 8.0.7.0)

   1. The Board must have 5 or 6 members.
   2. "Chair: The chair shall be an adult at least 21 years of age who is a Venturing-certified* member of the local council or district advancement committee"
   3. More Youth (minimum of 2) board members than Adult!
   4. 1 Adult member should be part of the Candidate's Crew.
   5. Another Adult member should be a community representative.
