Successfully complete a crew board of review (GTA 8.0.7.0)
- The Board must have 5 or 6 members.
- "Chair: The chair shall be an adult at least 21 years of age who is a Venturing-certified* member of the local council or district advancement committee"
- More Youth (minimum of 2) board members than Adult!
- 1 Adult member should be part of the Candidate's Crew.
- Another Adult member should be a community representative.
